Reporting

The Reporting section allows users to generate, customize, and export performance data from across the DSP. Users can build reports from scratch, apply filters, group by dimensions, and select from a wide variety of metrics.

 

Report Builder Interface

  • Select report: Choose a saved view or start a new report

  • Date range: Select from common date ranges like Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, or custom dates

  • Metric Filter: Apply logical filters to limit results (e.g., Ad Candidate Win 0)

  • Timezone: Default is GMT, but can be adjusted as needed

  • Run Report: Generates the report based on current settings

  • Export to CSV: Download the results

View Customization & Field Selection

When clicking on a report view, the "Custom View" tool appears. This is where you build the layout and determine which metrics or dimensions appear.

You can:

  • Search available fields by name or category

  • Add or remove metrics and dimensions by clicking + or x

  • Filter within categories (Targeting, Errors, Clicks, etc.)

 

Key Metric Categories

Below are some important field groupings and common use cases:

Common Metrics

  • Ad Candidate / Ad Candidate Win: Tracks eligible and won auction opportunities

  • Ad Click, Ad Impression: Standard delivery signals

  • Total Spend, eCPM, eCPC: Core financial performance data

Invalid Requests

  • Useful for debugging issues like:

    • Unknown Device

    • Unsupported Currency

    • No Creative

Targeting Fields

  • Includes:

    • Geo country, App bundle, Connection type

    • Content Category Mismatch, Inventory deal, etc.

Error Metrics

  • Covers backend technical failures such as:

    • Error Parse Request

    • Error Gunzip

Click Metrics

  • Tracks:

    • Clicks

    • CTR calculations

OTT and Vast Events

  • Includes mid-stream and post-ad behaviors, useful for VAST-based creatives

Metric Filters

Metric filters allow advanced querying:

You can filter using operators like:

  • Equals (=)

  • Not equal (!=)

  • Greater than ()

  • Less than (<)></)>

This helps isolate top-performing placements or troubleshoot delivery issues.

Report Output

Once a report is run, it will appear below the builder:

From here you can:

  • Sort and page through results

  • Export to CSV

  • Use the Get API URL option to pull reports programmatically
